Compartmentation surveys

We will assess the integrity of your building’s lines of compartmentation, focusing on its ability to restrict the spread of heat, smoke and fire. This includes evaluating how effectively the structure contains fire within designated areas.
As part of this process, we will also produce a detailed CAD line drawing that maps all compartmentation boundaries throughout the building.

Fire Door Inspections

We will conduct a comprehensive fire door inspection survey, examining key components such as smoke seals, door closers, hinges, door furniture, and glazing.
Following the inspection, a detailed report will be produced outlining our findings and providing recommendations for any necessary remedial actions.

In addition, we will conduct a thorough assessment of all fire safety assets within the premises, benchmarking them against the latest applicable standards to ensure effectiveness and regulatory alignment.
